Really disappointing experience from start to finish. Ordered our drinks which took over half an hour to arrive, then when the food came out it just looked slapped together. We ordered a halloumi burger and a normal burger and both buns were over toasted and dry. We asked for skinny fries with one burger but got chunky chips instead. After mentioning it to the waitress, she brought over a bowl of skinny fries that were absolutely drenched in oil. We went for a drink and for dinner around 7pm. Unfortunately they omitted to tell us when handing out the menus that although the bar was open until 10 pm that the kitchen closed at 8.30. We had nice cocktails but when we wanted to order at 8.35, the kitchen was already closed and we were left with our bottle of wine but nothing to eat - although one of staff told us we could have crisps 😆

Only usually visit for breakfast, but it's great! The food is cooked fresh and you can have as much as you like. Staff are brilliant and will always help with any requests. Everything is clean and well presented. Fantastic vegan / veggie options too. Highly recommend a visit. Special mention to David and the twins (i don't know their names) & of course the chefs too! 10/10

I've really been quite impressed with Beefeater to be honest. I've used this restaurant twice now and had a lovely meal on both occasions. Portions are a really good size (possibly too big, but don't tell them that). I had a mixed grill for one of my meals and everything was cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly and attentive enough without being too overbearing. The kitchen is open plan so you can see all the food being prepared as well.
