I hate the way it's changed. What ever happened to face to face service? Instead of having your order thrown over the counter. Don't get me wrong, the staff were smiling at least. The milkshake was very watery, not the usual thickness at all.

Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the consistenly poor service from the delivery team at the high street McDonald's. Every time we order breakfast for my wife and I, my order arrives but they always miss the main item my wife orders. As she has special dietary requirements these are always special orders, e.g. no bun, and it seems they cannot be bothered to go that far out of their way whatsoever. The food was cold 19:00 07/12/2025 My Chicken Mayo… cold, selects…cold, fries… cold, the festive cheese bites…cold, it is meant to be soft and runny not solidified. At least you got the drink right, it was cold. Please, if the place is dead, cook to order. Manager twice my weight on shop floor not even checking on the quality of food. Just because you eat anything doesn’t mean the customer would eat cold food too. Service and atmosphere were alright. If the price of the food is going up, please, you have one job and get it right.
