I have visited here a few times. The food is usually average or better, and the prices are reasonable until this morning, when I experienced a terrible New Year's breakfast. The hash brown was dry; it could even cause injury if thrown at someone. Their signature breakfast potato mix with red onion and cheese was dry, and it was clear that the potatoes were not fresh, having darkened from a long wait before cooking. We had a lovely visit to Toby Carvery in Talke for my mum's birthday. The staff were so lovely and welcoming when we arrived as a walk in. Our waitress was Abbie and she was amazing, she was so lovely and made our visit very enjoyable. She even sang happy birthday with me and my daughter to my mum when she brought the birthday cake out which made a great celebration atmosphere for my mum. The food was very tasty. Toby carvery Talke is our favourite Toby carvery to visit. Thank you to all of the staff who were here on our visit, especially Abbie. We will definitely visit again.
