Poorly run café with clearly not enough staff to cope with demand. It was extremely frustrating, especially during my visit sunday. For such a busy café, service with unacceptable and has a huge impact on the customer experience. However the lady working there was very friendly and polite The food is okay, but nothing special at all. The biggest issue is the condition of the place. It feels old, neglected, and in desperate need of refurbishment and investment. The overall environment is not pleasant, and the café does not seem to be well maintained. Honestly, it’s not a pleasant place to sit

After walking past this cafe many times, I finally had the opportunity to give Double Six a try and I wasn't disappointed. Quick service, food was hot and fresh. I was most impressed with the fried bread - not greasy, nice to have rather than hash brown. Plenty of seating. Clean and well maintained. Just round the side of Euston Station.
