I've ordered from here many times, and been fairly happy, but today I ordered the limited special which is cheeseburger inspired. They are meant to use broken up meatballs as the meat to simulate burger, then add crispy onion and burger sauce. The image on the web shows clear chunks of meatballs scattered around. When my pizza arrived, all I could see was loads of crispy onion and sauce, no meatballs chunks. I dug around the sauce and onion bits, and could only vaguely make out 4 or 5 tiny pieces around 4mm-5mm in size. Absolutely nothing like the picture and almost impossible to find meat. I

I’ve been ordering from Fireaway Kingswood for the past 3 years and have always had a fantastic experience. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and arrives piping hot every time. Their quality and service have never let me down. The Chili Honey Strips are absolutely amazing and full of flavour – definitely one of my favourite items on the menu. Their milkshakes are also outstanding and always hit the spot. Another big plus is that they offer halal food, which is great for many customers. The staff are friendly, the service is reliable, and the food quality is consistently excellent.

I came to the restaurant to make an order and I met the rudest workers. They are 2 workers one female and one male . I asked them kindly what is their best seller pizza, they both responded rudely that it is the pepperoni. I mentioned what else besides the pepperoni, they didn’t like me asking and they said “look at the menu”. I always go to restaurants and this is the most asked question . At least respond respectfully! I will not be visiting again and I will not recommend this place to anyone because of this behavior!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!
