Used this place regularly for kebabs etc over the last 10-12 years to the point they knew who I was etc and knew I was a regular. Unfortunately last time I used them they had an issue there end which resulted in my order being on the road for hours and when food arrived it was ice cold to the point I barely ate any of it. Rang them up to let them know and they said I can either have a refund or the same order for free next time. I said I’d have the same order for free next time as I thought they would honour it. Rang up this evening and the owner refused to honour it and said the best he could

The Food is Great—If You Can Actually Get It. I’m torn writing this because the food here is honestly amazing; it used to be my go-to spot. However, the service has gone downhill fast. In a single day, they managed to deliver the wrong pizza three times in a row. On another occasion, the delivery driver forgot the pizza entirely. It’s frustrating because the quality is there, but the reliability has vanished. I want to love this place again, but I can't keep playing "delivery roulette" with my dinner. Hopefully, they get their management back on track soon.

Used to be the best place to get Chicken and wedges but now the chicken has barely meat in them and very little wedges. Order took over an hour, we had to remind them of the order.
