Had a fantastic visit to The Badger Box — Rebecca, Chris and the team are doing a brilliant job. Came in at the weekend for a meal with my children decided to sit outside because of the play area and nice weather wish I hadn't have bothered. Whole time we was there the smell of weed was so strong sure they allow people to smoke it out back. Loads of young drinkers out there wouldnt say any of them looked a day over 12. Food came in stages 1 meal 10 mins later another meal 10 mins later another meal.. Staff sempt like they didnt even want to be there. Mens toilets 🤢🤢🤢 definitely won't be visiting again thought it had picked up after the 1 star rating obviously not avoid!

Went this evening for a friend’s birthday as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the manager who advised she and her husband had taken over 18 months ago. We ordered drinks and our food and as it was a celebration we asked if we could surprise him with a candle in his dessert and nothing was too much trouble! The pub was welcoming and clean and has a great atmosphere we will be back!
