I went a last week. The manager was rude, there was no music and no porridge. The place was dirty. Never going back, due to rude manager and her tone. Normally the team is nice, like the head barista and team leader but that day put me off.

Went by to burn some time and get a matcha that’s been tickling my fancy and I met a lovely girl called Emily who served me and made sure to get me exactly what I wanted! Emily ran me 3 different testers to try, and I ended up choosing the oat milk matcha latte with agave (as she recommended). It was so delicious and her service made the experience well worth it. Stopped by Gail’s and had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, with lots of tasty options. I was especially impressed by the lovely lady called Rachel who welcomed us — so friendly and warm, she really made us feel at home. Great service and great atmosphere.
