Very poor selection of produce fridges and shelves had little to choose from and most had sold out, the place was very untidy and very loud, the staff were very slow and my toastie was burnt. Sorry guys but it just wasn't up to the standard of other costas.

Had a hot chocolate very watery no chocolate taste and only tepid. Staff friendly but costa quality definitely in decline, over £10 for a hot chocolate and a bottle of water

The team in this store is amazing. Especially the 2 who were in on Friday 4 October 24 around 4pm. I come in with my dog and we always get a warm reception. Good friendly banter and Luna loves the cuddles and attention she gets. Oh and the coffee is great. The reason we keep coming back is because of how welcome we are made to feel as soon as we walk in the door. Well done Costa!!
