We were greeted with a gift bag as a special Father’s Day treat and all the staff were extremely welcoming! I’ve been to Blackhouse a few times before and every single time it is amazing. We ordered X2 cocktails, X2 steak fritas and some chicken skewers. Our mains came out first after 20 minutes followed by our cocktails (after waiting half hour for a drink) then our skewers. The waitress said it was the first day of new menu launch and that she tried the food last night and it was gorgeous and recommended the food we ordered. Specially shout out the Belly Pork starter and Bone Barrow Tartare which speaks for its self in the photos. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the weights/ cuts for the specials were substantial and great value for money. We wanted rare steaks and were made aware it can take longer- staff were really attentive! Desserts were great! Wish there was more sauce with the sticky toffee pudding but wanting more is hardly a negat
