The costa server Nik was so rude while taking my order. Initially, he asked for dine-in or takeaway and I said ‘for here’. He asked again if it was here or takeaway and I had to repeat myself. My mom wanted the coffee and muffin combo, and told Nik that. He rudely said it out loud with a condescending voice “what coffee and what muffin” along with a scoff and hand gestures. People stared which was so embarrassing. He was also blatantly rude to the person before me. The lady wanted to pay separately, one in cash and one in card. He asked the lady why can’t she just pay it all in one go instead.

Staff are very friendly and effective. Clean and comfortable, warm with fresh air. Coffee in glass or cup, chairs with pad and cushions. One thing is that the toilet is not available. Need to go to toilets of Trinity.

A cosy spot to grab a coffee while shopping. The staff are friendly and service is usually quick, even during busy times. Plenty of seating available, and the place is kept clean and welcoming. Great selection of drinks and snacks,perfect for a quick break or catch-up with friends. Always a reliable stop for a caffeine fix in the middle of Trinity Leeds.

This Costa was not that busy when we visited, it did sadly have a number of dirty tables with cups,try’s and napkins. We had to clean our own table. Not the best thing to have to do when you are paying Costa’s prices. The service was very friendly and the staff polite and very keen to help. 10 out of 10 for the staffs efforts. Food was good, not the best for the price you pay but filled a gap.
