I visited Six by Nico last night for their 10 course street food tasting menu and overall had a great experience. The food was amazing, with a really good variety of dishes and flavours throughout the menu. Each course felt different, which kept things interesting from start to finish. The value for money was also excellent, especially given the quality and number of courses. Service was also great, staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Quite a loud but casual restaurant. We had the Lost in Paris experience set menu and we generally had a great experience in this restaurant. Food is nice but I won’t use it to compare with a Michelin level experience. But the price says it all. If you like cocktail, I would highly recommend to order a Bloody Mary. You would be surprised with some minor tweak the bartender has made making it unique. I’m especially like the waiter who served our table. He’s very great. We had the Childhood experience at Six by Nico, which was fantastic. Dimitri, our server, was excellent, he explained each dish clearly, sharing the inspiration and story behind them with just the right touch of humour. His approach felt personal and engaging without being overwhelming. We even asked if the bread was made in-house, and Dimitri confirmed that every single element on the dishes is made by their team, which made the whole experience feel even more special. What an incredible meal we had. I can’t thank the staff enough for looking after my Mum, My Nana and I whilst we celebrated my Nana’s birthday and met up after the passing of my grandad recently.
