Jonathan Curtis★★★★★Fabulous hotel. Great location right inthe heart of Leeds. Our executive King room was very clean and despite facing onto city square was quiet. The bed was super comfy and the bedding, especially the pillows, felt luxurious. Air conditioning also meant we stayed comfortable. One minor irritation was that there are no drawers in the room, just bed side tables, but that's just me. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, wonderful choice and all delicious. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Our room was so cozy, and the view looked right out onto the main square in Leeds, with the cutest Christmas markets twinkling below. On Sunday night, we went down to the hotel bar for some drinks, and it was just perfect—beautifully decorated with delicious cocktails that made the evening feel extra special. Harry Radzuan★★★★Comfy hotel next to Leeds train station. Very central. The room is good with nice view. However the shower is a bit small as its a square cubicle. Only good for slim people. One of the hand shower doesn't stay when you rotate it. The breakfast spread is great! And the Cinnamon restaurant is amazing. Would definitely wake you up in the morning.
EA AE★★★★Such a beautiful building with a lot of personality, lovely decorated rooms and great location. The rooms unfortunately have not been refurbished to a high standard and this can be seen in all the chiped corners throughout, paint is slightly off and the woodwork can be improved, and the desk chair was ripped on the sides. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and big; and the family room has been very decent size. 532 number it was ours. Also, the staff customer service can also be improved, when asked the housekeeper to change our mugs and have some tea bags we got told they only do this
