Was in Leicester for the weekend for a friends birthday. On Sunday we decided to find a nice place to get food on specially a good breakfast. We was welcomed with a smile and was taken to our seats. We then ordered our food and the server was very helpful. We got our food and we was not disappoint at all. It was presented very nicely. Good atmosphere and very nice and clean. We will definitely come again soon. Good times.

We booked &Kith to cater for my leaving do and I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. All the food was pre-ordered and everything arrived perfectly, exactly as planned. The service was superb from start to finish – smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone loved the food and it made the whole event even more special. When you are paying £20 for a chicken salad with barely any chicken in it and a drink, you expect at the very least to be treated with respect. The man that served us was so rude to everyone in our group. He made it a point to act like he was reallllly annoyed and couldn’t be asked. On top of that, his top was covered in food. When people go out to eat, they should not be treated like they are a nuisance. The food was so bland and boring. I’m happy to pay for good food but this was not that and the service was horrific.

We went in on a Friday during lunch time and had gone in around 1pm. They took our orders of two french toasts and two matchas. After 40 minutes we chased up on the delay and they quickly brought out our drinks which were okay at best. Then after waiting in total another hour and a half we received our French toasts after I had to chase it up again. As a gesture they had said that we would be given 10% but at the till that wasn’t given and at that point we weren’t bothered to have to explain the whole situation again.
