I’m genuinely disappointed by my experience at Jollibee Leicester today. The only toilet available was the disabled toilet, which was filthy. The floor was so wet that I almost slipped, there was tissue paper everywhere, no hand wash available, and the hand sanitiser in the restaurant wasn’t working either. When I raised this with the manager, I was told they had been very busy. While I appreciate that busy periods happen, basic cleanliness and hygiene standards should never slip. Nitin was such a lovely server very friendly and very professional . He helped us choose as we have never been to the Leicester store. Family. Friendly store and conveniently located. We ordered the student deals which were delicious! Such a great team!

Crispy chicken 🍗. Soft and Juicy hotdog 🌭. Sweet & Saucy Spaghetti 🍝. Crunchy pies 🥧. Food 5⭐️ For a Saturday after lunch (2pm) dine in, the service was noticeably slow. Staff explained that they're cooking the chicken - 16mins wait (fair). After some follow ups and a further 20min wait (Despite bring first to order.. counter was now serving 20+ tickets after our number), we got our food (bucket++). Also, about 3-4 delivery orders were also completed before us (after the chicken was cooked). Thank you Kuya (manager perhaps) as he gave us some food "to go" as compensation for the delay. Y
