SHIFT MANAGER PRIYA. SO RUDE. Absolutely appalling experience. The shift manager who served us was rude, condescending, and openly disrespectful from the moment we ordered. Her attitude was hostile and dismissive, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason she has a job. When we raised a concern about her poor attitude, she rolled her eyes at us and responded with unnecessary sarcasm. At one point, when I tried to diffuse the situation by saying, “You must be tired,” she snapped back, “No, I’m not,” followed by, “You’ve got served, haven’t you? What’s your problem?” This is

It's just McDonald's - don't expect too much; having said that, it was the most pleasant McDonald's experience that I'd had in a long time (credit to it being very warm & welcoming, clean & spacious).

We went for later lunch, it was still busy. There's plenty of seating. The children enjoyed little soft play. It was quick to get the food. Toilets relatively clean considering how busy it was.
