I visited Coffee Aroma about two months ago and I still remember it really well. It’s a very cosy, welcoming place. As soon as you walk in, you feel comfortable. Warm lighting, relaxed atmosphere, no rush. It’s the kind of spot where you can sit with a coffee, have a proper chat, or just enjoy a quiet moment to yourself. The coffee was genuinely good – rich, aromatic, and well made. No fuss, just quality. The staff were friendly and natural, not over the top. Had four excellent coffees in our group. All different anc all well made. The is seating inside on the ground and first floor and also awning covered seating outside. Wide variety of cakes and pastries. Also opens as a licensed bar in the evening. That's for next time. Coffee always tastes better at an independent. Enjoyed this one tremendously.

One of my favourite small coffee businesses in Lincoln! Staff are super friendly and helpful, the coffee is presented beautifully and tastes amazing (love the little sugar cubes) and the atmosphere is great, with 3 different floors all with their uniquely decorated rooms. My favourite being the art wall where you can add your own mark in the shop. Board games are available and it's a cute spot to study or relax by the window watching people pass by.

Arrived at 3:35pm to order coffees. The girl said we had to have takeaway cups as they close at 4 pm. Seemed strange but we agreed. However the next person they served was presented with a glass and teapot! Coffee good, however the service was questionable.
