Terrible rewards programme, you earn 15 points for every £1 spent. I normally choose the Latte @ £3.99, so that's 15 points per transaction I have to purchase 27 Lattes to get 400 points for a free Latte Has to be the worst rewards programme of ANY Coffee shop😡 Btw the reward programme in GB is much better, every 10 coffees you get one free I live in Northern Ireland and for some reason they use the Republic of Ireland scheme, which I'm referring to

An absolute joke I called into it today to ask for a drop of hot water to feed my granddaughter a bottle and the guy behind the counter refused me point blank saying they couldn't give it as I hadn't bought any thing . What an absolute joke it was only water to make a baby her bottle .
