We Went on Saturday night to celebrate my nieces birthday would just like to say how amazing the customer service was,, ALL the staff were fabulous! The Manager was wonderful, And also the wonderful Lisa that served us, Went above and beyond, And couldn’t have been any more helpful, and friendly, Nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good time. Always good food and value at The Hungry Horse chain, we were a family of five, we had four adult meals and one child portion doubled up on the nuggets. The bill came to £37 total and the quality was excellent. A special thanks to Tricia who went above and beyond to make sure our order was to our satisfaction. We returned the following day for breakfast with Santa, our Harry was made up with seeing him. Great staff and good food!
