Visited today for the first time. We did not have to wait long for a seat. Once seated we were given the menu and within minutes waitress asking for order. No time given to actually look at the menu. We ordered macaroni and cheese and steak pie. The macaroni was tasteless, watery, preheated in the microwave. Certainly not cheese macaroni as I know it. Would not recommend it at all . The steak pie at least was presentable, gravy spot on. Cafe was getting busy as we left. Yes would revisit No to macaroni

When we entered we were told to take a seat, couple of minutes later a waitress came and threw 2 menus on the table without one word being said. We both ordered the macaroni and it has to be the worst macaroni I’ve ever had the misfortune to place in my mouth, boiled to mush and the cheese was disgusting, it put me right off even eating my chips. I went up to pay the bill and also complain and all I got was “oh”. This was my first & last experience of the Mall Cafe Bar in Livingston. Poor service and poor food.
