Went to here for breakfast today and the customer service was excellent. We arrived a bit early before opening time, but they still let us in to sit down. The staff kindly explained where to find the sugar and sauces, and when I took out my laptop they even offered the WiFi details without me asking. The food was tasty and the hot chocolate was good too.

Service is very bad. We literally waited for half an hour for a tea and americano!! Then I got my tea with no saucer because the staff said they ran out of it!!! We were only 4 people in this cafe and they already didn’t have a saucer! Where did they expect me to put my tea bag and spoon?! and she put my spoon on this dirty/rusty table! We will never go back

I've been there for food multiple times I ordered a banana split pancake and it was horrible tasted like paint thinner, The guy behind the counter is always mean mugging me horrible service. Takes ages for him to serve you and he randomly kicked me out. I found a needle on the floor of the toilet also and it penetrated my shoe. The milkshakes are also overpriced and dead.
