Ordered a large fish and chips and can safely say the reviews criticising the portion sizes are correct. A large chips in Migel's would be about the same size as a small chips elsewhere. The chips themselves were chalky and dry, the fish batter was tasteless, soggy and pale, the fish itself was rubbery and stale and wasn't cooked to order like you would expect. £15 wasted on this meal, incredible how badly this place has fallen off. I will not be going back for seconds, Queen's in Stradey is a MUCH better shout if you're looking for a chippy tea in Llanelli and I think giving this even 2 sta

Visiting the area and googled the best chippie around. Went to Miguel's and wasn't disappointed! Friendly and helpful staff, very chatty and lovely. They no longer make the homemade pies but don't let that turn you away!

This is a large chips £3.85!!! just got them now had to wait 10mins for them to be cooked (which is not the issue)...but when I politely ask are you sure that is a large to the girl and she sarcastically says no I was shocked.... when asked again the manager looked over but same reply....I don't like to make a seen just got home but this review is the best way to explain it!!! shocking if they are that desperate for money I would give them a bit more, rather than ripping people off for some measly chips!!!

I had fish and chips. Fish tasty (I tried pollock instead of cod), batter light and crispy, and chips excellent. No soggy ones. Good value as well.
