I wanted to order an enjoy a nice coffee, when all that you can hear when ordering colleagues are talking with each other and looked confused and I ordered one large cappichino with Vanilla Syrup and they gave me half of the cup and charge me full money. I especially told them make a nice coffee please but these 2 asian girls were very confused and talking with each other and ignored me with attitude offcourse ZERO percent Customer service and really didn't care and they make one of the worst coffee ever. Disappointing Too Good To Go Bag I ordered a Too Good To Go bag for £2.99, expecting a bit more variety or value. Instead, I only received two plain croissants and one chocolate pastry. While the items were okay, the total value barely met the minimum requirement of the app and lacked the variety usually found in other branches. It felt more like getting rid of the most basic leftovers rather than a "surprise bag." Won't be returning to this specific branch for TGTG.

A great place and great improvement in service, quality and ambiance from what it was a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, one of the toilets was found continuously leaking water in the toilet bowl and the flush control was missing. I was wondering how much water they were losing each day in this time of hose ban in the area! Dry poor indeed.

Terrible, have servers that don’t even speak or understand English and that’s coming from a migrant himself! Servers don’t even know what on the menu, first say we can’t have toast and that there’s no toast & latte combo before 11am. Then a new server comes who gives us the complete opposite info. Took 15 mins to get through a drive thru experience and all we wanted was 4 drinks and 2 toasts. Really really bad never coming here again, atrocious customer service.
