We had a lovely meal at The Oddfellows Arms in Pakefield. The chicken goujons were beautifully crispy – just how we like them. The scampi and chips were spot on, and the fish cakes were a cut above your average pub fare – full of flavour and nicely presented. Good food all round, served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pub is ideally located near the coastal walk and green, where you’ll find benches and stunning sea views – perfect for a stroll before or after your meal. A great spot for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended.

Nice little pub. We got a beer and we sat outside, which was quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and service at the bar was quick. It was a hot day, and the air con in the pub was on and was very welcoming to cool off.

Lovely Pub. Gone on a trip on my lonesome and thought I would stop by a local pub for rest, even as a non drinker. Everyone was so friendly and the bartender was speedy and pleasant. Seating was comfy and the unexpected company of the locals was greatly appreciated.

Another visit to the Oddfellows Arms in Pakefield, another visit enjoyed. Although there were no actual vegetarian options, I adapted the ham, egg and chips and had no ham, obvs! Well cooked and presented. The range of real ales certainly whet the tastebuds. I chose, after asking to sample a guest ale, Nightingale, a palatable amber brew. A friendly, local, with the option of sitting on the green overlooking the sea. Dog friendly and sensible prices. Worth a visit if in Pakefield.
