I’m a regular customer of this shop and usually enjoy coming here, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. My friends and I ordered drinks, including two signature hot chocolates, and unfortunately, they were really below the expected standard — even worse than what you’d get at McDonald’s. It seemed like the staff member (she)didn’t know how to prepare them properly, and her attitude towards customers was unprofessional and unfriendly. We couldn’t even finish our drinks because of the poor quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better consistency and
