I recently visited Hello Andhra in Luton and tried three dishes: Sambar Rice, Ghee Karam Podi Dosa, and Paneer Biryani. Sambar Rice : Unfortunately, this arrived not even warm, and the flavour leaned more towards plain dal rice than proper sambar. 3.5/5 Ghee Karam Podi Dosa : The taste was good and the dosa itself had nice flavour, but again, it wasn’t served hot, which took away from the experience. 3.5/5 Paneer Biryani : The first serving was quite underwhelming. However, after requesting it again to be made spicier, they added a double layer of masala, and the second serving was flavourful

I recently visited Hello Andhra and enjoyed the Mandi, Fried rice and Biryani. Thank you for the good service. I would like to make a small suggestion. It would be great if the washroom could be maintained with proper hygiene facilities, including hand soap and paper towels or tissues for drying hands. These small additions would improve the customer experience and hygiene standards.

My friend brought food from your restaurant, including a portion of chilli chicken. Unfortunately, the chilli chicken was not prepared properly. When I called to report the issue, the staff member I spoke with said that the problem was due to the cornflour, which I did not agree with. I was then asked to bring the item to the restaurant. After went to the restaurant , I spoke with the chef and asked about the ingredients used. He informed me that the coating consisted of cornflour, maida, and egg.
