The Karak Chai here, especially the sugar-free variant, is one of my favourite teas that I’ve tried. The Lotus Biscoff Milk Cake is also another sensational treat, it comes served with milk and has a sumptuous texture.

I visited Karak Chaii today and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. From the moment we walked in, the customer service felt unwelcoming. The lady at the counter was noticeably rude and dismissive, which set a negative tone right away. Despite there being only around five customers in the shop, it took nearly half an hour just to receive a simple karak chai. The delay didn’t come with any explanation or acknowledgment, which made the situation even more frustrating. The disappointment didn’t end there.
