Great experience at Nando’s Luton! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back for another PERi-PERi fix!

I was served stale food, including pita bread that was clearly not fresh, raising serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. When I raised this issue, the response from the staff was dismissive. I was told that “we defrost the food and serve it, so that is how it is,” after which the matter was ignored. This explanation is unacceptable and does not justify serving food that is stale and below standard. The manager on duty, Monica, handled the situation in a rude and reckless manner. What has happened to Nando's? I used to love going and now the only good thing about it is the sauce (which I can buy from the shops). The chicken looked microwaved not grilled and what have you done with the buns??? They used to be amazing. The guys doing the serving were just sat around looking at their phones apart from the guy on the till who was genuinely a nice guy. I've been going to Nando's since the 90s now I don't really want to as this is the 2nd time I've been very disappointed 😞

Very disappointing experience at Nando’s in The Galaxy Centre today. We clearly told the staff we were fasting and needed our food at Iftar time, but they served it 25 minutes early and refused to hold it until iftar time. The staff were rude and showed no respect when we explained we couldn’t eat yet. Because we had no choice, we covered our food with another plate to try to keep it warm while waiting 25 minutes for Iftar When we finally ate at Iftar, the food was cold and the chicken was undercooked with blood inside. Very poor service and a waste of money. We will definitely not be coming b
