Kath Devenney Lees★★Staff are friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. However, the reason for my low score is the uncleanliness of the toilets. They are a disgrace- !! Cafe Nero employ a cleaner !
Yvonne Chamberlain★Tables are not cleaned, the outside seating area needs attention, lots of litter, toilets are a disgrace, no hot water, soap dispenser has been broken for ages, unhygienic. Trays need cleaning, will be going elsewhere in future.
Laura★Shocking. Only open until 4pm, paper cups being used and staff are miserable. For a chain coffee shop that usually has a good reputation this location is a let down to the company. Needs attention and management training ASAP.
