On the plus side, the location is fantastic—right in the city centre, incredibly convenient for the train station, and perfectly situated next to the Odeon Luxe. The restaurant has a great buzzing atmosphere and an impressive, wide range of options on the menu that cater to everyone. A few paid parking lots close by added to the convenience. Astonishingly intense experience throughout! Let the cheerful figure of Ganesh at the entrance remove all obstacles to your visit. Never mind the mimimalist grey decor or scruffy location near Maidenhead Station, prepare yourself! I was in taste ecstasy heaven from just the poppadum and three chutneys start....but real home-made chutneys like you have never had before. Myself and my wife have been coming to Dehli Junction for a number of years. My wife is Hindu, a big critic of restaurant food as she and her Mum are excellent cooks, so have struggled in the 36 years we've lived in Maidenhead to find authentic Indian cookery. Thankfully DJ delivers in all ways; quality and variety of food and drinks (Kingfisher and Cobra on tap), the coziness of the restaurant and the superb attentive service provided by Sanjive who is now supported by Manish. Such are their standards my Mother-in-Law and whoever we have taken there are very impressed with generous comments.
