Really nice place and friendly efficient staff, good coffee and a well toasted tea cake saw my breakfast sorted, nice sized store and very clean and tidy.

Lovely service, but need more staff on, the place was a disgrace tables not cleared, all the time we were there, the floor hasn't seen a broom for goodness knows how long. The table bases haven't been washed or dusted. For such a lovely place this was very disappointing.

Just Me★

The staff are rude and unpleasant. I've been to that costa a few times and have seen how differently they treat customers they like compared to me. My experiences has been constantly unpleasant to the point of me concluding that maybe they just don't like customers that look like me. I wonder if Faye is racist??? I can't help but wonder if her rudeness towards me is racially motivated. I've seen her treat white customers different from how she's spoken to me and treated me. Either way, don't waste your money where it's no appreciated, especially if you leave feeling like they just don't app
