Ray was such a gentleman 👏 he gave me some sound advice about using the 20% and saving the other free drink on a pricier drink! Even offer me a water with ice! I mean....how thoughtful??@ who does that nowadays considering 30 degrees out here today! How kind and considerate! Really really impressed with Ray's service and kindness....it goes along way indeed! We will.be arriving back here again on the back of his brilliant infavt exceptional service! Thanks Ray and thanks for offering some great advice and savings me money towards the end....appreciated :)

Had a really good experience at Costa Coffee. The coffee was great and made just right, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable—perfect for a quick catch-up or a bit of work. Only reason for 4 stars is that the wait time was a little longer than expected during busy hours. I come to this costa fairly often during the week and I do have to compliment the staff with their customer service skills and efficiency with how quick they are. Recently when i’ve been coming in there’s a lot of staff lone working too which hats off to them I can imagine being very stressful. Never had a bad experience with this Costa. 5 stars from me!

It's a nice place to sit and people watch for a bit but the atmosphere is a bit off putting, staff (a male member specifically) need to control the volume of their voice a bit and not shout like they're outdoors in an open field. Coffee was OK.
