Really enjoyed the food here. The restaurant offers a good mix of Sichuan and Cantonese dishes, and everything we tried was very tasty. The Yu Xiang shredded pork was especially authentic and full of flavour. You can also contact the owner in advance to reserve seafood, which is a great option if you’re planning a special meal. Another thing I loved was the huge planet decoration on the wall – it looks amazing! I forgot to take a photo this time, but I’ll definitely come back and get one next time. Highly recommend and would happily visit again.

We asked for recommendations and I couldn't be happier! The lady who served us was lovely and her suggestions were delicious and tailored to our liking. We had a lovely chat and were given recommendations for our trip in Manchester. If you want a clean, home feeling and vibey restaurant with proper Chinese food I definitely recommend this place! We went here for lunch around afternoon on weekdays and felt like this is a hidden gem. It was quiet, probably because it’s weekday noon. Food: 10/10 (Authentic taste and very yummy) Service: 10/10 (Because, we wanted to order pepper beef hotplate but couldn’t find one menu but the lady who took our order understood and give us exactly what we craved) Cost: 3 big meals + 2 rice bowls + 2 drinks cost us £60 (It’s a fair price). So £30/person only because we were greedy and want to eat all good meal. If you love authentic chinese food, this is a place.

Love Red Restaurant! We used to come here specifically for the hotpot, as one of my best friends from Sichuan, China (the hometown of Hotpot), always said they do the most authentic in town. This time, we tried their 'no hotpot' selection, and it is truly one of the best, most authentic Chinese dining experiences in Manchester. The food is fresh, high quality and the staff are incredibly friendly.Highly recommend trying their crispy fried chicken, seafood, and soup dishes! 😋
