Oldie worldie proper pub. I always call in here when I'm in Manchester, staff are always welcoming & pleasant. Food is not the cheapest around but very nice all the same, a selection of real ales which are served in top condition. Can get busy especially at weekends. But we'll worth a visit.

Stopped off here with a few friends after a day's shopping in town. Great little pub, 2 floors and the grub was top notch. We were looked after by Anne-Meraid who was lovely and ever so helpful. Nice to visit a place with a bit of character. We will return !
