The food is absolutely amazing ! I had the Pho Chay and some spring rolls. However some of the staff could certainly do with more training. I asked for prawns in my meal and even though I got the Pho Chay I explained I do eat meat, the waiter was confused by this and when I tried to explain he just rudely cut me off. We were given the spring rolls but no side plates... so we struggled to eat them as they were falling apart and normally I would ask for them but it started to feel like we were a nuisance just by being there and only then we got the plates when he saw us struggle, no apology or a

Delicious! We had the pork belly crackling fries and a beef bàhn mì. Beef cooked to your taste. Really lovely flavours and well priced. Lots of nice looking food places in the Arndale Market, recommend trying this if you’re there.

Tried Viet Shack in the Arndale market and it was very tasty. Got the pork bahn mi which had crispy pork, and the quack (duck) fries. Tasty and affordable - will be back!
