My Son and I arrived at 19:00 on Sunday night, drove straight in the drive through. Then at speaker they asked how can we help you, asked for latte and Salted Caramel Frappe and then was told sorry we are closed. Questioned that I had driven through. The reply was closed and been to busy to close drive through. Then the person came out and closed the drive through off behind us!! When we drove out the venue was not full or busy, in-fact empty so the rationale was just a lie! Very disappointing when hospitality says its struggling the big chains just turn you away. Must support small local ! G

This is a company that simply doesn’t care about its customers. Standards at this Costa have declined noticeably. On two separate visits in the past week, my orders have been incorrect, with missing items and wrong drinks. This suggests a lack of attention to detail and quality control. Most concerning is the impression that staff simply don’t seem to care about getting orders right.

The staff are to busy doing drive through to listen to customers. I asked for a take away cup did not get that asked and paid for a cookie but still had to say I did not have it .if I am inside I expect service and talking to me not doing the headset at the same time so rude .when I said I needed a take away cup she shsh I am taking an order I was here first and you are suppose to be serving me .so rude
