Ordered from Fishponds a few times and this subway is one of the not so good ones. They are extremely stingy with their fillings. The bread never tastes fresh nor do the cookies, both taste stale. ordered on uber eats, 2 different subs and i recieved 2 of the same subs. none of the add ons i added were on either sub and u could tell it was lazily done. the only evidence of sauce was the staining on the bread.

Ordered two all star chicken subs for delivery. Both had no cheese or bacon in and a pitiful amount of chicken. Missing crispy onion as well, but managed to swap out sauce for BBQ successfully. Tasted stale and bland, an utter waste of money. Naturally my expectations for Subway are low but this managed to be worse than that.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the Subway store in Fishponds. Firstly, the store opened 30 minutes late, which was already frustrating. When staff finally opened, there was no greeting or apology — the customer service was very poor. Secondly, the vegetables used in my order did not seem fresh, which is unacceptable for a food establishment. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. As a regular customer, I find this experience extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Fishponds location after t
