Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to be attended to because you walked in for your order while those ordering from drive thru who came after you get prompt service. It is not a drive thru alone service. Also when I attended only one ordering machine was working, the other two were out of service. The staff are polite and friendly. I think the management of the place should look into more efficient and effective way to run a place that should really be a 5 star but let down by little things.

Drove here just after midnight as Google, the website and the signs all said the drive-thru was open 24/7, but unfortunately both the drive-thru and dine-in were closed. Ended up being a wasted trip. We weren’t the only ones either – 4 other cars pulled up, realised it was closed and drove away. Please update the opening hours online if the restaurant isn’t actually open, as it would save people making unnecessary journeys. Thank you.

I recently had a great experience at McDonald's. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was piping hot. I ordered a Big Mac and fries, and they were both delicious. You can see the restaurant gets busy being on a retail park and that shows in how messy it can be at times. Either there isn't enough staff or it's to much to cope with either way I prefer the drive through rather than sitting in based on that alone.
