Ordered food via uber eats. Upon receiving our order we realised there was items missing so we got straight onto uber eats (who was fantastic with trying to help us) they stated we needed to get onto mcds about it as all the bags was sealed. After getting onto mcds they refused to take responsibility for it at it wasn't down to them once the food left the store. So basically they could leave 2 meals out of a order and not take responsibility for it shocking.wont use them again for my orders

Terrible from start to finish. Only two screens to order on. People are up your backside to order. It’s too small people with trollies everywhere. Ordered a milkyway McFlurry and it looked congealed. I asked what it was they said probably the sauce. Disappointed and picked at it to find it had fudge inside (good job I’m not allergic) or should I say a concoction. Can tell the staff just don’t care. Actually wanted to get some proper food before I saw everything.. glad I didn’t. For sure would’ve been food that had been dropped. Still considering if this has been scooped off of the floor.

Really quick and polite despite being super busy, staff seem like they are really on top of things. Special shout out to a lady called Cath who works there. She was cleaning the tables and trays but the effort she was putting into this job was another level. She was making sure every nook and cranny was spotless and you could tell she had pride in what she was doing. Definitely a credit to McDonald's and gives you confidence that you are eating in a clean well run place.

It's clean inside, the tables and seats are not dirty, bins are clean and there are no queues. This Macdonald's is very small, if you order a large order you will probably have to wait a long time for it. I ordered a burger with cheese and another with mayonnaise and chicken. The sandwiches were not fresh, the bread was dry, no ketchup or other sauce, one slice of cucumber... It was simply not fresh, which is a pity.
