Don’t usually write reviews, but this is the WORST and WEIRDEST cafe I’ve been to, feels like we’ve been scammed. My friend ordered classic hot dog and ended up getting sausages sliced up inside two pieces of toast, like a sandwich. I ordered a sandwich and got the exact thing as the hot dog, I asked and pointed to the menu, he doesn’t seem to understand and struggle to read his own menu???!!! He asked if I want the chicken wrap instead, the menu says it’s chicken with toasted aubergine in it. I ended up getting sliced up sausage, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and a tiny bit of chicken in a wrap,

Directly opposite Newcastle Central train station, this is a wonderful little independent café. Coffee is great, owner is really friendly and helpful. Don't go to Starbucks for bad coffee and sticky tables, come to this little independent café for great coffee, great cakes and good food.

Very poor experience. The place was not clean or comfortable, and the service was disappointing. The staff handled the bread with bare hands, which is unacceptable. We were also charged for an extra tea refill without clear notice. Overall, not recommended.

Quirky and friendly cafe. Used for luggage drop prior to train ( directly opposite Central station). Coffee was excellent, prices very reasonable for such a central location. Dog friendly!! Outside tables avaliable. Traditional Turkish snacks and scones available for afternoon tea. Will definitely return.
