Ordered at 1915 for a delivery time of 2045. At 2115 called, told would be withing 15 minutes. Called again at 2130 as no food arrived, told the driver was out with our food. We live 6 minutes from Fresh Pizza. Food finally arrived at 2145, 1 hour late. Food was then all soggy and cold. I asked for a refund as I had finally accepted defeat and told that they can only give refunds if we come in to the shop! Utterly ridiculous, such a shame. Appreciate people have a busy night but this is really poor.

Customer service was absolutely AWFUL!! I called the store asking for my order as I had ordered from uber eats, they were more than 45minutes late to my order and when I called up the store the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude to told me to “get a life” “never call us again” and got pissed at me for no reason when I tried to explain my situation. I then called the store back asking why they were so rude and assumed I was a prank call and they gave me a very vague irrelevant reason, and then after explaining my situation they simply just said “goodbye” and hung up the phone witho

Ordered from this place at least 20 times, always fast and efficient delivery, never had a wrong order, food is always hot and tastes fresh and is very fairly priced. Can't think of a single bad thing I could say about them, highly recommended.

My partner and I get Pizzas from here about once a month and have never had a disappointing order! I'm honestly a bit surprised by some of the other reviews- the only thing I can think is that we always order to collect (and it's always ready super quickly/fresh when we do) and a lot of the reviews seem to have been delivered? Honestly I seems like it's a delivery driver issue than a takeaway issue. My partner has also previously ordered a kebab before and said it was delicious- to the point that he always debates whether he wants pizza and a kebab at the same time haha!
