I’ve been visiting this McDonalds for the guts of 30 years. I live equidistant from this one and Glengormley one. Abbey Centre, or, Lesley Abbey Centre as it is now, is consistently the worst performing outlet not only between the 2 in Newtownabbey, but on the planet. And I’ve dined in different McDonalds in 30 different countries. Here’s a summary of the last few months. 1. 1st August - Forgot Chilli dip 2. 11th August - Fries cold 3. 19th August - Fries wilted, tasted of cooking oil only. I was at McDonald’s today and I was waiting for my food not mind you. I am number 14 and about an odd 30 minutes goodbye and my food still hasn’t arrived and they call like number 28. No, I am very very confused because obviously I am number 14 so I go up and they still have not made my food. I go to ask hi can you make my food and the girl says to me it’s still on the board so obviously I’m sitting here and I’m thinking you should make food right away then I go up to the manager and the manager gets me my food honestly I love this establishment. We waited over 15 mins when they were quiet. Only4 tables were in. We had 2 orders - both wrong, missing stuff. Staff were in no rush, fries were old.
