I visited the cafe today with one of my besties around 11 am. As there was not much staff, we were quite apprehensive about what experience was going to be. But to my surprise, every dish they served was yummy, fresh as if it was custom made with great attention to taste and presentation. Unfortunately, there was only one staff person today which made the service a bit delayed. But I would like to admire that one and only staff present today to be able to manage everything so well and still being calm and patient .. a special kudos to that staff member. We recently tried a selection from this place and it was absolutely fantastic! The Kerala porotta was perfectly soft and flaky, and paired beautifully with the egg curry — which was the real highlight of the meal. The egg curry was rich, flavourful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. The chilli paneer had a great balance of spice and texture, and the egg puffs were fresh, crispy, and very satisfying.
