I have always had good experiences with their food, and it has always been fantastic. However, yesterday evening I ordered seekh kebab for a friend because I had recommended the restaurant to him. Unfortunately, this time the food was completely burnt. I contacted Flower Lounge and they asked me to send photos and a video of the burnt food, which I did. However, they never got back to me afterwards. My concern is not about getting a refund or replacement food; I simply wanted to make them aware of the issue. This is my go to place, I have tried almost everything on their menu be it Mojito, Biryani, Chaat, pani puri! Literally everything! The staff is just so so sweet! It’s a must visit;) Also if you ever visit, do try their birynani and if you can tolerate spice ask them to make it extra spicy and to calm down the spiciness order a Sheeryakh!! HAPPY ENDING!! On Saturday, we booked the VIP room at Flower Lounge Restaurant, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour.
