Tried this popular Norwich steak restaurant and was found it's reputation to be well deserved. The restaurant has a very modern look with subdued lighting completing the atmosphere. Staff member was polite and friendly and explained how best to use the provided hotplate. We went for the 'Taste of Prime's set menu and for the price point was excellent. We were both very full after the meal. The desserts on the set menu were limited but that was understandable. Look forward to trying out other parts of their menu in the future.

Prime is a must try restaurant if you love steak! The atmosphere is wonderful, ambient and darker, the food is delicious and very generous portions, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We've visited twice now, and will definitely be back again!

I love my meat, I mean love it so much I'd have meat for dessert if I could! This was some of the best steak I've had, it was pure melt in the mouth. We had the 1.2 kg Porterhouse and the 500g Chateaubriand to share amongst 5 carnivores. We all left feeling so satisfied, I will be back by myself and happily eat the Porterhouse just by itself. Full marks to the great waiter serving on Saturday 27th December, we forget his name but his steak knowledge and wine pairing was as impressive as the meat. The Argentinian Malbec makes everything taste even better. 🥩 🍷

An incredible dining experience from start to finish. The cocktails were a delight, :Sweet to the Core’ with cider, cinnamon, and apple juice was delicious and highly recommended. The fillet steak served on the volcanic rock was a beautiful cut of meat, made even better by being able to finish each slice exactly to my liking. Dessert was s’mores, indulgent and absolutely delicious, if I’d had the room, I would have happily eaten it all again!
