Trattoria meets Norwich, in cooking and place. Has quickly become a favourite. Family-run, unfussy with a long list of crowd-pleasing American-Italian generously-portioned plates. Plenty of cream and parmesan. The menu has been fun and sprawls. There were tweaked regional classics, alla Romana, Milanese, Veneziana e altre; painters, a patriot and rogues, Al Capone has a look in; and even interesting invention, Risotto all’Indiana in its creamy curry sauce. Fegato is on the menu, good. It would be a treat if that was vitello, equally for the cotoletta. Something you rarely see. Over evenings,

The building and decor are amazing and the food matches. We had an fabulous meal, its just a shame it was served to us by teens who obviously wanted to be anywhere but there. If the service matched the food it would be terrific and we would return. But unfortunately poor service at this price point means we won't be.

We had a lovely meal here. There was a lot of good choices on the menu to chose from. We both really enjoyed the dishes we picked. Full of flavour and a decent size portion. The resturant itself is warm cosy and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. We look forward to coming back here sometime in the future

I went to this restaurant recently, and the atmosphere and décor were really nice, warm and welcoming. The customer service was good too, and the food arrived fairly quickly, which was a plus. Portion sizes were decent, and the pricing was quite affordable. In terms of taste, the food was just average—not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. It’s definitely not the best Italian food I’ve had, but also not the worst. Overall, it’s a decent place to try once, especially if you’re in the area, but I probably wouldn’t come back here to satisfy a craving for Italian food.
