Kieran Moran★★★★★Great first experience at Chai Yo Thai. The food was delicious and cooked exactly as asked. I ordered the Pad Kra Prao which usually includes minced chicken or pork but here they do it chunk. I asked if they could chop it all up as they cook it and they was happy to do so. It came out amazing, had a fried egg with rice on the side. My partner had the sweet and sour chicken chicken (forgot the menu name) but she loved it, said its the best she has had and thats her usual go to anywhere we go. Prawn crackers to start which was a nice touch, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Love the atm
Ava Firth★★★★I had the 2-course lunch menu a few days ago, which was quite reasonably priced at £10.95. I tried something different from my usual tom yum soup and Pad Thai. Instead, I had the tom khar soup which is a similar base flavour but with coconut milk also. It was piquant and pleasant, and a bit more mild than tom yum. For my main I had Pad nam man hoy pork, which means Stir fried with oyster sauce. Succulent pieces of sliced pork. The Bell peppers were perfectly cooked, still flavourful and crunchy. Chunks of tasty mushrooms. Sweet and soft egg fried rice - best I can remember for ages! Not a soph
Louise Barber★★★★★I dined here after work 3 days ago as we'd been experiencing temperatures of around 30 degrees, so I just couldn't be bothered to go home and cook. I was the first person in after opening time which was perfect. The room was calm, the atmosphere relaxing, and my hostess was perfectly attentive and friendly. I've had better Pad Thai but just because this one didn't use coarsely chopped peanuts to top the dish and could have had a little more veg, but it definitely didn't spoil my enjoyment and I went home relaxed, full and smiley 😊 🙏🏻
Zajiba Tarannum★★★★★The restaurant is clean and atmosphere is nice. They were able to offer us halal chicken and beef, and also made sure that they use fresh oil for all the food we ordered and prepared every thing from scratch once our order was placed. It was a lovely experience dinning in there! Will definitely recommend.
