The food was disappointing 🤢. My steak was overcooked, and my wife's chicken flatbread had dry bread and unfresh salad 🥗. The chips were nothing special, and the salad bar was poorly stocked. However, the service was attentive and quick. The atmosphere was uninviting and lacked warmth 🥶.

Despite being fully booked this half term the restaurant ran smoothly and the food arrived in good time and just as tasty as ever. The staff seemed organised and conversational barr one older lady who was flustered and quite rude so let the team down. It wasn't enough to ruin the chilled atmosphere though, lovely patrons using the outdoor area. Would return, hoping the the woman previously mentioned is having a better day.

From the minute we arrived, the positive vibe and atmosphere were fantastic! We had a blast taking photos with Santa—it felt fun and welcoming for everyone. ​The overall feeling here was brilliant, unlike the absolutely diabolical experience we unfortunately had at The Elms Coventry. ​The food was good and the service was spot on! ​A big thank you to Manager Sarah and our waiter Abbie for their excellent work and making our visit so memorable. Came in for an impromptu meal with our baby. Food was amazing and very quick to come out. It was empty when we first came in but quickly filled up and food still came out at a good time. Yvonne was excellent and attentive. And was aware of everything across lots of tables. We'll definitely be back!
