I had heard great things about this place. Unfortunately I didn’t experience a good time. The restaurant has more delivery drivers than customers. My grill came out after an hour without any sides. I had to get up twice to remind them. So overall I received each dish separately. My noodles were a waste of money. They looked like tined spaghetti in sauce. I’ve been to Soho oak multiple times and never experienced this. Server/waiters were just doing their jobs I can’t fault them. However the kitchen management may need a revision. Despite nearly all my friends being Soho veterans, I have NEVER been to any of their restaurants. This was my first time and I found it incredible! From the moment we stepped in, the service was brilliant. Very friendly, polite, enthusiastic staff - welcomed us in, made suggestions specific to our dietary needs - this place is a must for any vegans/vegetarians... I just ordered from Deliveroo I paid £26 for 2 curries and 2 rotis and a naan and I pulled a GIANT hair out of the food. Literally so disgusting and completely unhygienic and unacceptable that I ended up throwing all the food away. Asked Deliveroo and they refused to give a refund saying to take it up with the restaurant. So stupid. Nobody ever eat or order from this restaurant cause the hygiene standards are atrocious.
