Really disappointed. Found plastic paper pieces inside my milkshake which is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be going back there. Looking at other reviews, it seems people have found plastic in their food before too, so this clearly looks like an ongoing hygiene issue that they’re not bothered about fixing. Very poor standards and not an experience I’d recommend to anyone. Also yes, this milkshake was definitely from your branch — the branch number is on the milkshake, and it wasn’t from today.

I’ve been eating from Smash official Oldham for so long. I must say they have maintained quality food and top service consistently. This time i have tried nashville minch box. Highly recommend. 10/10. Thanks to Ahmed for amazing service always.

The food was delicious like the nashville burger meal and the waiting wasn't long either. Although it was very busy too. I would visit this place again soon.

Food took approx 1 hour 20 mins to arrive. Got the smash box and the portion of donner was questionable and the 2 wings were the smallest I have ever seen. Burger was decent but not worth the wait. Recommend Donner HQ instead.
